Limousine Companies

All arriving passengers will be passing through (GTC Ground Transportation Center) to the Zone 4 Limousine Pickup area.

Departures

Follow airport signs from either I-465 or I-70 heading west to exit 68, continue into the airport area on Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive stay in the right two lanes to the upper departure level. All private and commercial passengers will be using the same drop off locations for your respective airline. To leave, follow the drive around and back out to I-70.

Arrivals –Driver Greet-Bag Claim

Present plans are for drivers to follow the airport signs along Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive and as the drive widens, stay in the fourth lane from the right into the new (GTC – Ground Transportation Center). When you enter the GTC tunnel look for Zone 4 signs for active loading in the right lane, you will park only on the opposite or left side in the proper zone. You can then leave your vehicle proceed through the GTC building to the new terminal down escalator/bag claim area. Greet your passenger, return to the vehicle and continue on the tunnel drive exiting back to I-70.

Arrivals –Cell call Passenger to Driver

The driver will enter the airport area on Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive just after the underpass follow the signs on your right for Cell Phone lot the (BLT Lot – Bus – Limousine – Taxi) lot is just after the cell lot on the left. The Bus and Limousine lot is separated from the Taxi lot with an Island for restroom and drink facilities. Your passenger will need to be instructed to call the driver for pickup only when they crossing to GTC or within the GTC area. The driver is to proceed to GTC Zone 4 Active Loading area, when back on Weir Cook Memorial Drive stay in the fourth lane from the right to get to GTC area. If your passenger is outside the GTC terminal looking for the driver he can pull up on the right side for active loading. If the passenger has not yet arrived at GTC the driver will need to park on the left side, wait, load and continue on the tunnel drive exiting back to I-70.
